MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

SECO is looking for Physical Therapist candidates for a PAID MENTORSHIP program in their Norwich and Walton, NY locations.


This is a PERFECT position for a recent graduate, but could also be beneficial for others looking to develop a special interest. There will be time designated to co-treat with an experienced therapist and review charts with a mentor to provide guidance. With over 150 years of PT experience combined, SECO can offer an excellent opportunity for the right candidate.


There is NO PAY CUT for the one-year mentorship and additional continued education funding is available, including a Medbridge membership for online coursework.



SECO offers full, competitive salary and benefits package while providing  structured mentoring 20% of the work week with experienced Physical Therapists in specialties such as: Women’s Health, Vestibular and TMD therapy, Orthopedic Certified Specialist, Inpatient and Swing Bed PT, Safe Patient Handling, LSVT BIG Program for Parkinson’s Disease, Kinesiotaping, EPIC training, and Concussion Intervention.

Now Hiring: Front Office Medical Receptionist

Position is with: SECO Physical and Occupational Therapy, PLLC based in Norwich

Schedule: Full time

About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail‑oriented Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our care team. This position is the first point of contact for patients and plays an essential role in creating a positive, welcoming experience. If you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast‑paced medical environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Check patients in/out and verify insurance information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer phone calls, route messages, and provide basic information
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR)
  • Collect co‑pays and manage billing inquiries
  • Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Qualifications

  • Previous medical office or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy
  • Knowledge and experience with EPIC required
  • Professional demeanor and compassionate approach
  • Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented
